Following the sound bath, unleash your creativity during our Paint and Sip session, where art meets self-expression. The evening will culminate in a thought-provoking panel discussion, facilitating meaningful conversations around breaking cycles and empowering change. Meet the Panelist

Andrew Coleman

Andrew Coleman is a member of the Sarah Robinson Group, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering mental health, financial literacy, and community development. He holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, where he is currently pursuing a graduate degree in nonprofit management and a S.W.A.N. certificate in Strategic Writing and Advancement for Nonprofits. Andrew is also certified in Global Fluency and Global Competency. His goal is to serve as a pillar in the community by raising awareness and providing knowledge on mental health, domestic violence, and nonprofit education.

Chauntay Worsham El

Chauntay Worsham El is the CEO of Lotus Trauma Care, specializing in therapy and training focused on healing and empowerment. With over 18 years of experience, she has helped countless individuals and trained over 4,000 professionals in trauma-informed care, facilitating nearly 6,000 therapy sessions in the past six years. As a survivor of complex trauma, Chauntay approaches her work with compassion and purpose, believing in the transformative power of connection, especially for women of color and underserved communities. Her mission is to create spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Roderique McClain

Roderique “Rod” McClain of Rod Speaks is a dedicated service-oriented individual committed to enhancing humanity through action-based blueprints. With 15 years of experience as a law enforcer in Chicago, he focuses on positivity and encouragement. McClain authored “Searching For Success,” using the steps of writing a search warrant as a framework to inspire others to overcome fears. His clients include the Chicago Police Department, Chicago Public Schools, and 100 Black Men of Chicago, Inc.
